Connecting Science, Culture and the Arts Across Borders
The Global United Federation of Science, Culture and Arts (GUFSCA) is a Singapore-based international platform advancing cooperation, knowledge exchange and meaningful connections across science, culture and the arts.
President’s Message
Our world continues to advance through science, grows closer through cultural understanding, and finds common ground through the arts.
In establishing GUFSCA, our aspiration is not simply to build an international organisation, but to create a platform that connects people with people, cultures with cultures, professions with professions, and nations with nations.
We value the uniqueness of every culture and believe that knowledge, experience and artistic expression should not be limited by age, geography or borders. Whether scientists and professionals, cultural and artistic talents, younger generations, or seniors with a lifetime of valuable experience, everyone has something meaningful to contribute, share and pass on.
GUFSCA is committed to the principles of openness, respect, integrity, professionalism and collaboration. Through meaningful projects and responsible partnerships, we aim to build trust step by step, create genuine social value and work alongside like-minded partners to advance international exchange in science, culture and the arts.
We do not define our impact by how large we become, but by the value we create for society.
I hope GUFSCA will become a bridge —
where knowledge crosses borders, cultures deepen understanding, the arts connect hearts, and generations come together to create a better future.
